Interact with internal departments to align requirements #### **About the role:** * Support procurement activities for logistics services, focusing on freight and transportation, assisting the procurement team in quotation, negotiation, contracting, and carrier management processes, contributing to operational efficiency and compliance with company policies and procedures. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist the responsible buyer in freight quotation and negotiation with carriers and logistics operators. * Collect pricing and delivery timelines from transportation suppliers. * Support comparative analysis of freight commercial proposals. * Monitor freight rate tables, adjustments, and carrier contracts. * Support supplier registration and system updates. * Control and organize documentation, contracts, and negotiation history. * Support monitoring of logistics cost indicators and carrier performance. * Assist in tracking deliveries, logistics incidents, and communications with carriers. * Interact with internal departments such as logistics, planning, billing, and sales to align transportation requirements. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, International Trade, Engineering, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of procurement and logistics processes. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel or data analysis tools. #### **Desirable Requirements (Preferred Qualifications):** * Prior experience in freight quotation or working with carriers. * Familiarity with GFE systems or logistics management systems (TMS). * Understanding of logistics costs and freight rate table development. #### **Benefits:** * Health insurance with co-payment * Dental insurance * On-site cafeteria * Life insurance * Multi-benefit card (meals/food) * Transportation allowance * Medication assistance * Birthday day off * Wellhub * Profit-sharing and results-based incentive program * Extended maternity and paternity leave * Discounts on Iquine Group products * Benefits club – Discounts at affiliated networks, restaurants, pharmacies, universities, and language courses * Psychological support – Exclusive partnership with psychologists offering affordable rates. #### **Work Schedule and Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM. *
