Identification of expansion and growth opportunities A collective catering company is seeking an Operations Manager in Recife. **Responsibilities:** Oversee restaurant operations and procedures, ensuring standards, quality, and productivity. Develop, guide, and evaluate the performance of restaurant managers. Conduct periodic meetings to review results and align strategic objectives. Ensure inventory control, stocktaking, and loss reduction. Achieve financial targets (income statement, margin, costs, and operational KPIs). Analyze performance, identify deviations, and formulate action plans. Monitor customer satisfaction indicators and implement improvements. Drive continuous process improvement and gain operational efficiency. Support strategic hiring and team structuring. Identify opportunities for expansion, new contracts, and operational growth. Consolidate results and report to senior management. Previous experience as Operations Director, Operations Coordinator, Operations Supervisor, or Project Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
