Join our family! ##### **HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT** * Conduct recruitment and selection processes; * Onboard new employees; * Monitor employee development on the shop floor and support calibration meetings for experience evaluation; * Conduct motivational activities; * Manage job opening registrations and internal transfers; * Provide employee support; * Support company-provided training programs; * Conduct exit interviews; * Support internal communications and coordination of initiatives with Endomarketing; * Ensure cognitive mapping and behavioral process management for the unit; * Monitor delivery of key performance indicators under your responsibility; **WHAT WE NEED:** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology or ongoing Technologist degree in Human Resources; * Minimum six months of experience in HR.
