Complying with safety and quality standards Assist in vehicle loading and unloading activities to ensure efficient transportation and minimize the possibility of damage. * Perform loading and unloading of goods under the company's responsibility, ensuring quality, productivity, deadlines, and preventing damage. * + Organize goods inside vehicles, distributing products so that weight is properly balanced and separated by customer to facilitate deliveries. + Arrange loads according to routing to facilitate deliveries. + Organize loads based on compatibility, packaging recommendations, and appropriate cargo handling—considering weight, proximity, size, and fragility. + Perform loading using specific materials or equipment. + Keep vehicles clean. + Follow safety and loading posture guidelines to prevent health-related issues. + Understand the company's Integrated Policy and how to contribute daily to its proper implementation. + Comply with SSMA and Quality requirements. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) according to area-specific needs and risks.
