Job Summary: The Catering Logistics Coordinator plans, organizes, and supervises the flow of food, beverages, and equipment, ensuring on-time delivery with quality and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Strict inventory management and expiration date control The Catering Logistics Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising the flow of food, beverages, and equipment, ensuring they are delivered from the preparation site (central kitchen) to the final destination (event, company) on time, with quality and food safety. In the food sector, the primary focus is ensuring product integrity, strict expiration date control (FEFO/PVPS), inventory management, and material flow efficiency to guarantee on-time service delivery to customers. **Requirements:** Previous experience in this role, preferably with perishable foods or consumer goods. Prior experience as an Analyst, Supervisor, or Coordinator. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, fully completed. **Tools:** Advanced Excel and integrated systems. Residence within the areas of Paulista, Abreu e Lima, Igarassu, Olinda, and Recife. Benefits Annual bonus and daily allowances for events. Salary to be negotiated \- PJ contract
