This person will serve as the **Personnel Administration focal point for the unit**, ensuring employee support, assistance with hiring, vacation, payroll, benefits, and other related routine tasks. **Responsibilities:** * Serve as the Personnel Administration reference for the unit, acting as the direct contact for employees and managers; * Support hiring, termination, and contract management processes; * Monitor and manage vacations, timekeeping, and benefits; * Support payroll closing and related processes; * Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor legislation. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in Personnel Administration; * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Familiarity with payroll/timekeeping systems and Microsoft Office suite is desirable.
