Responsibilities: * Manage all warehouse activities, including product inbound and outbound operations. * Lead the team of auditors, ensuring all processes are correctly followed. * Ensure product quality through the FEFO (First Expired, First Out) method and manage rework, losses, and damages. * Monitor performance indicators for both the transportation provider and the warehouse as a whole. * Control product flow within the warehouse, identifying items requiring removal due to shelf life expiration (push-out). * Promote a safe working environment by implementing best practices in occupational safety. * Conduct training sessions and supervise daily team activities to ensure high performance. * Record operational anomalies and report results to management.
