This is your moment—come be **\#IN**! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your day-to-day will include:** * Participating in daily morning meetings. * Collecting and retrieving daily production reports, verifying and confirming correct completion, scanning them for subsequent entry into internal control spreadsheets, and delivering them to the client's agricultural department. * Attending weekly meetings with the client to align and analyze operational, personnel, safety, and other related indicators. * Participating in daily morning meetings with representatives from each functional pillar to review the previous day’s indicators and develop and monitor action plans. * Participating in daily meetings with full leadership and management to discuss the previous day’s operational results and establish action plans as needed to ensure achievement of established goals. * Conducting meetings and managing the people management cycle, including providing scheduled feedback to the team. * Performing daily field monitoring to support and supervise production activities, aiming for efficient sugarcane loading and transportation operations. * Providing support for occasional activities such as vehicle breakdowns, etc., whenever necessary. * Supporting the immediate supervisor when required. * Collaborating with the team while adhering to occupational health and safety regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What do you need?** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields * Preferred: Enrolled in a Postgraduate Program/MBA in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields. * Experience in logistics (Sugarcane Loading and Transportation) * Intermediate Excel proficiency **You’ll stand out if you have knowledge of:** * Microsoft Office Suite * Basic PDCA concepts * Management indicators **Additional Information** **Benefits that support you at every stage of life!** At **Imediato Nexway**, we believe your quality of life is essential.
