Join our team and help us transform the dairy universe***.*** ***\#JoinAlvoarDairy*** **Responsibilities and duties** * Manage and monitor daily reconciliations and stock movements, ensuring inventory reliability and accuracy. * Monitor and control in-transit inventory, intercompany operations, and returns held by third parties. * Ensure systemic control and integrity of stock movements between warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing plants, as well as receiving, shipping, and return processes. * Manage the billing unit, ensuring operational fluidity and compliance. * Track, analyze, and ensure performance against area KPIs. * Prepare managerial reports on inventory, warehouse occupancy, FEFO (First Expired, First Out), and turnover, using data and reports from SAP, BI, Excel, and other tools. * Map and manage processes associated with stock movements, preventing errors and inventory discrepancies. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields; * Experience as a Logistics Supervisor, preferably in distribution centers (DC); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (advanced Excel preferred); * Experience with SAP ERP is a plus; * Competencies: Communication, Customer Focus, Initiative, Results Orientation, Resilience, Agility, and Innovation. **Additional information** * Market-competitive salary; * Meal voucher or food allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Group life insurance; * Partnerships with educational institutions; * Unimed health plan; * Optional dental plan; * Dairy benefit; * Online store for discounted product purchases; * Profit-sharing program (PLR) based on goal achievement.
