Customer and departmental support, with focus on warranties Description: To participate in our selection process, you must: * Be currently enrolled in or have completed high school; * Possess effective communication skills and strong customer service abilities; * Demonstrate organization, proactivity, and commitment to supporting daily activities; * Have logical reasoning and agility to handle processes and create spreadsheets; * Exhibit punctuality and quick learning ability as key differentiators; * Have basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) as a fundamental requirement; * Possess basic computer skills required for administrative routines. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Receiving service orders (SOs): Organize and receive service orders related to warranty claims. * Parts management: Ship parts to the factory for analysis (e.g., Mercedes\-Benz, in the case of commercial vehicle dealerships), and discard them (scrap) upon authorization. * Information registration: Assist in the initial registration of vehicle warranties in the system. * Archiving: Maintain physical and/or digital organization and archiving of service orders and other departmental documents. * Document issuance: Support the issuance of invoices and other necessary documents. * Customer support: Assist customers and other company departments by providing information regarding warranty status. * Organization: Maintain an organized workplace, which may include organizing tools and parts storage areas. 251218020255861089
