That’s why we seek talents like you—people who dream big and want to make a difference! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform "Service Orders (SO)" as scheduled by the system or directed by immediate management, ensuring SLA compliance and activity quality; * Carry out tasks related to splicing preparation and optical cable testing, supporting Network Technicians and/or Supervisors; * Perform optical cable opening and cleaning to guarantee customer connectivity and quality; * Deploy fiber-optic cables; * Adapt the network infrastructure, install hardware components, and set up utility poles; * Deploy fiber-optic cables; * Assist in identifying network faults, with or without monitoring; * Perform tasks according to instructions/training to ensure network standardization; * If necessary, perform vegetation trimming/cutting for proper cable deployment or excavation for maintenance or cable deployment; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Availability to work on a 6x1 schedule (including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as per rotation); * Technical experience and familiarity with telecommunications network installation and maintenance procedures is desirable; * Willingness to travel; * Valid and active Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); * Backbone network experience; * Category B driver’s license. **Additional Information** * Group Life Insurance; * Meal Allowance or Food Voucher; * Giga+ Discount; * Health Insurance Plan; * Dental Insurance Plan; * Day Off; * Total Pass; * E-learning platform on Intranet; * Giga Inclusion Support; * Pregnancy Program – Benefit Card; * Active partnerships with INATEL; OPEN ENGLISH; TOUR HOUSE; SAMSUNG; MOVIDA; YOUCAST–TELEMEDICINE, offering exclusive discounts to Alloha employees; With the purpose of **connecting people, ideas, and businesses while promoting digital and social inclusion across Brazil**, Alloha Fibra is today the largest independent fiber-optic group in the country.
