**Join Solutis!** We are looking for a **Junior Metrics Analyst** to join our team! **Employment model:** CLT (Exclusive Regime) **Work arrangement:** **ON-SITE \- Recife \- PE** Experience in software development metrics, with a focus on analysis and validation of function points, lines of code, effort estimation, and productivity. Experience with measurement methodologies such as IFPUG and COSMIC, and tools for metric control and monitoring. Bachelor’s degree in IT-related fields or Engineering. Excellent command of the Portuguese language (written and grammatical), ability to produce clear, coherent, and well-structured texts. Ability to review or create technical documents, reports, or formal communications is desirable. ### **Mandatory requirements:** * Experience in systems analysis; * Experience with IFPUG and COSMIC; * Experience in systems development (C\#, C\+\+ and Python); * Experience with system integration; * Proficiency in the Portuguese language (written and grammatical). ### **Preferred qualifications:** * Analytical ability; * Curiosity and persistence; * Collaborative profile;
