**Job Description \- Grade Specific** ------------------------------------- The Automation Engineer will be a hands‑on Python developer responsible for building secure, cloud‑native automation workflows. The role focuses on Python‑based process automation and orchestration, integrating systems across Azure, AWS. This is not a traditional SOC role. Key Responsibilities: * Develop Python automations and workflow orchestration * Create cloud automations using Azure Functions / Logic Apps and AWS Lambda / Step Functions * Integrate APIs and orchestrate workflows across multiple platforms * Build reusable automation components and CI/CD pipelines * Ensure solutions meet security and quality standards Required Skills: * Fluent in English * Good communication skills * Strong Python development experience * Hands‑on experience with Azure and AWS * API integrations and event‑driven workflows * Agile delivery experience Nice to Have: * Experience with Cortex XSOAR automation * AI‑ or LLM‑assisted automation experience * ServiceNow or identity platform integrations
