The professional will be responsible for delivering and installing technical equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction and optimal performance of delivered products. Main responsibilities: * Perform technical delivery of new and used vehicles, demonstrating their features and differentiating factors; * Ensure a personalized, excellence-level delivery experience for the customer; * Verify documentation and prepare the vehicle prior to delivery; * Support departmental administrative activities, such as delivery tracking and internal record updates; * Maintain the quality standards and service levels established by the dealership. Mandatory requirements: * Valid Class B driver's license; * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor; * Ability to interact effectively with customers and convey information clearly.
