




Job Summary: Customer service and prospecting professional responsible for managing portfolios, monitoring proposals, and assisting in the planning of commercial activities. Key Highlights: 1. Portfolio and proposal management and monitoring **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday \- 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM and Saturday **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Service Provider \- PJ * Provide in-person customer service; * Provide telephone customer service; * Prospect customers using the CRM tool; * Prospect new customers externally through PAP (Door-to-Door) actions at strategic locations; * Register local customers in the CRM tool to build a customer portfolio; * Register new proposals in the system; * Monitor proposals throughout the analysis process and communicate outcomes to customers (positive or negative); * Monitor customer portfolios for future prospecting/sales; * Collaborate with the supervisor on sales origination; * Assist in store action planning together with management. **Requirements:** * Completed High School Education * Preferred: Currently pursuing undergraduate studies in Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields. **Benefits:** No benefits reported
