And the open position is for a Data Intelligence Analyst. **Job Mission:** Transform raw data into clear, reliable, and actionable insights to support business decision-making. The Junior Data Intelligence Analyst serves as a strategic partner to leaders and teams, contributing to a data-driven culture, continuous process improvement, and the generation of sustainable outcomes. **Main Responsibilities** Collect, organize, and process data from various sources (spreadsheets, internal systems, CRM, CX tools, etc.); Develop and maintain operational and managerial reports and dashboards; Support analysis of performance indicators (KPIs), productivity, quality, and efficiency; Ensure reliability, consistency, and timeliness of the data used; Support leaders and partner areas (CX, Support, Customer Success, Quality, Product) in reading and interpreting data; Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement through analysis; Document metrics, concepts, and business rules related to indicators; Support automation initiatives, report enhancements, and database structuring projects; Align with internal processes, standards, and best practices in data governance. **Technical Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or completed degree in: Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (intermediate level); * Basic SQL knowledge for querying databases; * Introductory knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar); * Ability to analyze indicators and interpret data; * Familiarity with KPIs, metrics, SLAs, and performance concepts; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis * Prior experience (internship or junior role) in data analysis or reporting. **Don’t forget these details:** Workload: 40 hours per week Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00.
