After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform outpatient services following instructions from the coordinator, supervisor, physician, or responsible nurse; observe and record patients’ signs and symptoms; administer treatments in some cases; dispense medications; provide first aid to injured or ill staff; perform wound dressings; document incidents; and prepare reports. * Manage and attend to outpatient clinic operations, recording patient data and medication dispensations, while ensuring proper maintenance, cleanliness, and hygiene of the clinic. * Develop care plans for occupational health protection, recovery, preservation, and rehabilitation of employee health. * Request examination authorizations via system for external clinics and manage/schedule occupational exams (pre-employment, termination, job function change, and return-to-work). * Ensure appropriate conditions for cleaning, preparation, sterilization, and handling of materials within the scope of practice, as well as execute treatment and disposal of biological waste. * Monitor and track maintenance of equipment specific to the area. * Procure medications, where applicable under company-provided benefits. * Visit workplaces and participate in identifying needs related to safety, hygiene, and improvement of working conditions. * Conduct and/or support research in the field of occupational health. * Issue Work Accident Reports whenever necessary. * Record all procedures performed and update departmental control spreadsheets. * Know and apply conscious consumption practices and natural resource conservation in accordance with the company’s SSMA policies, understanding environmental impacts and risks, and familiarize oneself with emergency response procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Must hold a completed technical qualification in Nursing; * Must possess active COREN (Regional Nursing Council) registration; * Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs) is desirable; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is desirable; * Completion of Basic Life Support (BLS) training is desirable; * Civil Firefighter certification and/or experience in emergency response are advantageous. **Worth noting:** Shift hours from 2:10 PM to 10:35 PM, Monday through Saturday. **Additional Information** **Here’s what we offer:** **Our Benefits – Caring for You at Every Stage of Life** ============================================================== At Ypê, we believe our people deserve well-being, security, and real opportunities for growth.
