Leadership and teamwork under pressure * Completed high school; * Proven experience of at least 2 years as a cook, preferably in commercial, industrial kitchens or restaurants with high-volume production; * Must reside in Recife, preferably in the South Zone or neighborhoods located within a 20 km radius of Boa Viagem; * Availability to work morning and afternoon shifts, including weekends and holidays, according to schedule; * Proficiency in preparing large-quantity meals; * Knowledge of various cutting techniques, cooking methods, preparation of hot and cold dishes, dish finishing, and use of seasonings; * Ability to follow technical recipes and standardized procedures, focusing on food waste control and yield optimization; * Strong communication skills, leadership attitude, and ability to work effectively as part of a team under pressure; * Commitment to food safety standards, personal hygiene, and workplace cleanliness; * Physical and emotional stamina for intense routines and fast-paced environments. Main Responsibilities: * Prepare, assemble, and finish dishes according to the daily menu and technical recipes; * Clean, cut, and organize food items in accordance with sanitary standards; * Manage kitchen inventory, place requisitions, organize ingredients by expiration date, and prevent waste; * Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the kitchen, equipment, and utensils; * Support the nutritionist or technical supervisor in developing and updating the menu; * Monitor kitchen team performance, provide guidance, and assign tasks; * Comply with occupational safety, hygiene, and good food handling practices.
