Support leadership in defining supply strategies Senior Procurement Analyst **Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and execute procurement processes for materials, supplies, and services, ensuring quality, cost, delivery timelines, and appropriate commercial terms. * Conduct strategic negotiations with suppliers to reduce costs, drive continuous improvement, and establish long-term partnerships. * Prepare market analyses, cost studies, and commercial comparisons to support decision-making. * Collaborate closely with internal departments (production, engineering, finance, and other requesting areas). * Ensure compliance with internal policies, procurement standards and procedures, as well as applicable legislation. * Support leadership in defining supply strategies and improving departmental processes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields. * Proven experience in procurement; automotive industry experience is a plus. * Strong experience in strategic negotiation and supplier management. * Proficiency in ERP systems (Realiza) and Microsoft Office suite. * Strong analytical skills, organizational ability, communication skills, and strategic vision.
