Model: On-site support for a 3AM IT client. Duration: Indefinite Working Hours: Business hours Location: Recife/PE **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Mobile phone support for users; * Assistance in controlling the client's equipment inventory (stock); * Opening and tracking service tickets through Claro's channels and platforms. * Mobile configuration (e\-mail, MDM, Apps); **Qualifications and Requirements:** * Customer/user support experience; * Intermediate Office suite proficiency, especially Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables); * Intermediate Android or iOS user skills; * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Eagerness to expand knowledge in technology (with focus on mobile telephony). * Knowledge and experience in mobile telephony; * Experience in technical support for mobile telephony or microinformatics; Minimum Education: Technical Course
