Identification of bottlenecks and process improvements #### **About the job:** #### **Main responsibilities:** Plan and monitor receiving, warehousing, picking, and shipping activities * Monitor logistics KPIs (SLA, OTIF, freight cost, occupancy, productivity) * Analyze logistics costs and propose cost reduction actions * Prepare management reports and performance analyses * Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest process improvements * Interface with internal departments (operations, procurement, sales) and external partners #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields * Prior experience in logistics operations * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup functions) * Knowledge of logistics KPIs and data analysis
