Job Summary: Perform maintenance, inspection, and preparation of agricultural equipment, in addition to guiding customers and managing service orders. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to prospect for services and train assistants **Job Description:** ---------------------- Perform maintenance and inspections of equipment (Tractor, Combine Harvester, Planter, Sprayer, and other products in the portfolio); Assemble new equipment; Conduct pre-deliveries and technical deliveries of new equipment to customers; Provide usage guidance and instructions to customers; Visit customers to prospect equipment inspections; Close service orders; Inspect used machinery; Prepare parts and service cost estimates; Schedule services using the field checklist; Close service orders directly with customers on-site; Perform preventive inspections; Prepare DTAC; Unload new equipment arriving from the factory as well as inter-store transfers; Prospect for services whenever opportunities arise; Guide and instruct technical assistants daily; Perform minor welding as required by repairs; Complete internal workshop documentation (daily timekeeping records).
