Job Summary:
A professional to assist the teacher and provide general support to children, ensuring their well-being and safety while contributing to a welcoming and developmentally appropriate environment.

3. Providing emotional support and assisting in conflict resolution
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist the teacher with daily classroom routines.
* Support children in personal hygiene activities, such as bathroom use, handwashing, and basic care.
* Assist children with meals and hydration, encouraging hygiene habits and autonomy.
* Supervise students during arrival, departure, recess, and internal transitions.
* Ensure children's well-being, safety, and comfort.
* Assist in organizing the classroom environment and materials used.
* Report to the teacher and pedagogical team any issues related to students' health, behavior, or well-being.
* Contribute to a welcoming, safe, and developmentally appropriate environment.
* Emotional Support: Provide emotional support to students by listening to their concerns and helping resolve interpersonal conflicts or problems.
