Career development plan focused on learning **Responsibilities** Assist Optical Consultants in selling ophthalmic lenses, frames, contact lenses, and sunglasses. Assist in customer service and product selection. Perform daily store organization tasks. The Sales Assistant will be trained to assume a future position as an **Optical Consultant**, requiring dedication and willingness to learn about ophthalmic lenses, frames, ophthalmic prescriptions, and optical product sales. **Qualifications** Completed high school education. No prior experience in the optical retail industry required. Must have a professional appearance, courteous customer interaction skills, willingness to learn and become a future **Optical Consultant**, following the career development plan. Availability to work **shopping mall shifts and hours**, including weekends, according to schedule. Availability to work in the neighborhood of **PIEDADE, JABOATÃO DOS GUARARAPES \- PE**.
