Your primary challenge will be acting as the liaison between the Audiovisual Production team and the Communications teams, contributing to the creation and evolution of institutional and promotional content that elevates the brand’s quality standards. You will support content from conceptualization through execution, ensuring alignment with Amarante’s strategy and defined KPIs—with consistent focus on engagement, brand consistency, and audience relevance. What are the routine responsibilities of the Institutional Communications Assistant? * Support the structuring of institutional campaigns focused on brand reinforcement and engagement; * Edit photos and videos for institutional campaigns; * Develop briefings and oversee content editing with external vendors; * Produce photos and videos for social media in partnership with the Social Media team; * Conduct behavioral, trend, and competitive analyses to support campaign development; * Support audiovisual production shoots; * Assist in developing routine creatives and promotional campaigns; * Support the team in analyzing retention and engagement metrics, suggesting data-driven improvements; * Monitor trends in audiovisual formats, aesthetics, and language; * Collaborate on creating simple layouts and graphic adaptations (letterings, thumbnails, etc); What do we offer the Institutional Communications Assistant?
