**Occupational Safety Technician**

Job Objective
Prevent occupational accidents and diseases, ensure compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs), promote a safety culture, and support company operations in administrative and field activities.
Main Responsibilities
* Conduct safety inspections and identify occupational hazards.
* Develop, monitor, and update OSH documents (PGR, PCMSO, LTCAT, and other programs).
* Deliver training sessions, Daily Safety Talks (DDS), and awareness campaigns.
* Investigate accidents and incidents, proposing corrective and preventive actions.
* Monitor proper use of PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE).
* Support CIPA and SESMT activities.
* Manage safety documentation, ASOs, PPE records, and eSocial processes.
* Prepare Risk Analysis (APR), Work Permits (PT), Checklists, and Service Orders.
* Organize physical and digital occupational safety documents.
* Supervise third-party companies to ensure legal compliance.
* Standardize safety signage and monitor company safety infrastructure.
* Support the Engineering team on administrative tasks related to construction projects.
Requirements
* Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety.
* Valid professional registration.
* Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs).
* Experience in industrial or construction environments is preferred.
* Familiarity with eSocial, Microsoft Office suite, and OSH documentation.
* Strong communication skills, organizational ability, sense of responsibility, and proactive attitude.
Desirable Certifications
* NR-05, NR-06, NR-07, NR-12, NR-17, NR-18, NR-23, NR-33, NR-34, and NR-35.
* Certification for welding and torch work (Hot Air).
