Join our team and help us transform the dairy universe***.*** ***\#JoinAlvoarDairy*** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct daily and inventory tracking of finished products; * Monitor cold storage chamber temperatures and execute preventive maintenance plans; * Supervise loading and unloading of cargo as needed, as well as inventory movements; * Release invoices to drivers (after loading); * Control the dispatch and return of returnable assets; * Ensure proper vehicle loading through guidance and review of loading procedures; * Monitor and control damages, as well as meet loss targets during handling; * Manage the operational team; * Ensure implementation of hygiene and cleaning programs for cold chambers and warehouses. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience as a Logistics Supervisor (specializing in DC); * Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (advanced Excel preferred); * Experience with SAP ERP system is a plus; * Competencies: Communication, Customer Focus, Initiative, Results Orientation, Resilience, Agility, and Innovation. **Additional Information** * Market-competitive salary; * Meal or food allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Group life insurance; * Education incentive program; * Partnerships with educational institutions; * UNIMED health plan; * Optional dental plan; * Dairy benefit; * Online store for discounted product purchases; * Profit-sharing program (PLR) based on goal achievement.
