Job Summary: This role is responsible for ensuring security and efficient reception operations, controlling access, monitoring premises, and supporting company safety and procedures. Join our team and help us transform the dairy universe***.*** ***\#JoinAlvoarDairy*** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive employees, visitors, and service providers; identify individuals; and provide necessary information and guidance to ensure proper control over entry and exit of people and vehicles, asset integrity, and compliance with company policies and procedures; * Accompany visitors and service providers when required; * Safeguard company assets by observing movement and behavior of individuals and identifying suspicious activities; * Ensure proper receipt of goods, parcels, and correspondence by verifying documentation, performing inspections, checking condition of received items, and overseeing timely delivery; * Guide vehicle parking positioning and contact owners of improperly parked vehicles or as needed; * Operate radios and communication systems; * Check camera positioning and monitor via closed-circuit TV; * Contact Security, Police, and/or Fire Department when necessary; * Prevent fires and accidents; * Perform basic maintenance and ensure smooth reception operation; * Inspect reception and common area equipment, as well as security equipment, and request maintenance when needed; * Request supplies when necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in customer service preferred; * Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, occupational safety standards, food safety, and 5S methodology; * Competencies: Communication, Customer Focus, Initiative, Results Orientation, Resilience, Agility, and Innovation. **Additional Information** * Market-competitive salary; * On-site meals; * Group life insurance; * Education incentive program; * Partnerships with educational institutions; * UNIMED health plan; * Optional dental plan; * Dairy product benefits; * Virtual store for discounted product purchases; * Profit-sharing bonus (PLR) based on goal achievement.
