




### **General Information** **Country**Brazil **State/Region**Ceará **City**Limoeiro do Norte **Team**Grids and Innovability **Seniority**Expert (4\-8 years of experience) **Job Type**Permanent **Hire Type**Full\-Time **Work Regimen**On\-site **Posting Date**12\-Jan\-2026 **Expiration Date**30\-Jan\-2026 **Company**COMPANHIA ENERGÉTICA DO C ### **Description and Requirements** **Position:** Senior Occupational Safety Technician \- Limoeiro do Norte (CE) **Description and Requirements** **Who you will work with:** You will join the **HSE (Health, Safety \& Environment)** team. **What you will do:** **In this role, you will be responsible for:** * Knowing and applying all safety standards related to corrective and preventive maintenance activities for electricity distribution, paying attention to occupational safety and hygiene measures for employees and third parties involved in such activities; * Informing about risks and hazards associated with relevant activities and guiding on prevention and mitigation; * Applying all safety standards related to construction, renovation, expansion, and other projects, paying attention to occupational safety and hygiene measures; * Implementing occupational accident, occupational disease, and professional illness prevention programs in the workplace, involving employees, evaluating and analyzing achieved results, proposing updates, and establishing procedures to be followed; * Managing PPE records and regulatory reports; * Monitoring indicators related to PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE) usage, incidents, accidents, inspections, and others; * Contributing to the Integrated Management System (IMS) \- SGI (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001) management by conducting internal and external audits; * Conducting workplace inspections to identify hazardous conditions and taking all necessary actions to eliminate risk situations; * Specifying individual and collective protective equipment; * Planning and actively participating in safety-related events; * Preventing accidents during employees’ work performance and occupational diseases arising therefrom; * Proactively analyzing work processes to eliminate potential bottlenecks that may cause occupational accidents, work-related injuries, or occupational illnesses, and proposing optimal solutions to prevent risks and accidents. **What we expect from you:** **Mandatory Academic Qualification** Technical qualification in Occupational Safety.
