Join our team and become part of a group that celebrates individuality and mutual respect. **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and precision technology maintenance on AGCO agricultural equipment, as well as assemble and test equipment upon completion of maintenance; Conduct complex fault diagnostics; Install, configure, and calibrate automatic steering systems and GPS systems; Interpret technical diagrams; Perform CVT transmission maintenance; List required parts and tools, and deliver replaced parts to the customer after repair; Accurately record all work performed, downtime, and events in your daily report, and strictly follow all vehicle service recommendations (inspections and maintenance); Administer field-based services via the Dealer platform and prepare Tech Connect documentation for all warranty processes; Monitor customer portfolio; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Valid Category B driver’s license; * Availability for flexible hours and travel; * Experience in agricultural machinery maintenance; * Prior experience at an agricultural dealership is a plus; * Technical training in a related field is a plus; **Additional Information** **PEOPLE ARE OUR BUSINESS—THAT’S WHY WE VALUE OUR EMPLOYEES IN MULTIPLE WAYS!** We also offer the traditional benefits you already know—but we go beyond them.
