Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive professional with leadership skills to manage the full operation of a cinema, ensuring excellence and results. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on customer service and results **ABOUT THE COMPANY:** We are a cinema chain operating in three Brazilian states, headquartered in Uberlândia (MG). Our goal is to deliver unique experiences to our audience by combining technology, comfort, and top-tier entertainment. **WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** A proactive professional with leadership qualities and a results-oriented mindset to manage the full operation of a cinema. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise operational areas (box office, concession stand, screening rooms, and lobby). * Lead, train, and develop the team. * Ensure excellence in customer service. * Manage the unit’s budget, sales, and financial control. * Control inventory and ensure unit organization. * Implement local marketing initiatives and promotional events. * Ensure facility maintenance and safety. * Prepare reports and manage work schedules, time tracking, and banked hours. * Represent the unit in meetings and align processes with headquarters. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Shopping mall hours \- Rotating 6x1 schedule (6 days working, 1 day off) \- * Shift: Availability to cover cinema opening and closing times, with possible morning alternate shifts. **Sunday off in accordance with current legislation.** **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:** * Market-competitive salary. * Cash handling allowance: 10% of base salary. * Meal allowance: Average R$ 700.00 (R$ 28.00 per working day) * Dental plan * Gympass * Birthday Day-Off (Day off on birthday per internal policy) * Complimentary movie tickets **Requirements:** * Prior experience in team and operational management. * Knowledge of administrative and financial routines. * Strong communication skills and customer service orientation. * **Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.** * **Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree is a plus.** Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$0.01 \- R$0.02 per month Benefits: * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
