




### **TEMPORARY POSITION – SUPPORT ANALYST I (IT)** We have a **temporary opportunity** to work as a **Support Analyst I**, under a **vacation coverage contract**, in partnership with **CPTM**. **Work location:** CPTM – Presidente Altino | Osasco/SP **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (subject to adjustments according to client demand) **Contract period:** 01/26/2026 to 02/16/2026 **Employment type:** Temporary – Vacation Coverage **Salary:** R$ 2.400,00 ### **️ Main Responsibilities** * Technical support to users (hardware and software); * Installation and configuration of computers, laptops, and peripherals; * Support for Windows operating systems (7/8/10/11); * Support for Microsoft tools (Office, Outlook, Office 365, Teams, OneDrive); * Installation of approved software (antivirus, PDF readers, plugins, etc.); * Handling and logging of support tickets in the system; * Basic infrastructure network support (cabling, crimping, switches); * Updating knowledge base and technical documentation. ### **Requirements** * High school diploma with a **completed Technical Course in IT** OR a Bachelor’s degree in IT (completed or in progress); * Minimum **1 year of experience in technical support**; * Advanced computer skills; * Knowledge of Windows, hardware, networks, and Active Directory; * Technical English for reading. * **Preferred Qualifications** * ITIL v4 or higher certification; * Microsoft certification (MCSA or higher); * Basic Linux knowledge. ### **Benefits** * Meal allowance (R$ 30.00/day – 20% deduction); * Transportation voucher; * Health insurance; * Life insurance; * SESC membership. ### **Behavioral Profile** * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Organization, proactivity, and problem-solving focus; * Ability to work effectively in teams.
