Prepare materials and tools for skilled workers (e.g., masons, electricians, etc.). Perform basic construction tasks such as mixing concrete, loading materials, and cleaning work areas. Assist with facility maintenance, including simple structural repairs. Organize and maintain a clean and safe construction site. Assist in transporting materials and equipment within the company premises. Follow safety regulations and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
