JOB DESCRIPTION: * We are looking for an intern who wishes to grow professionally in the field of IT equipment support and maintenance, emphasizing practical learning and daily technical development. REQUIREMENTS: * Currently enrolled in a technical or undergraduate program in Information Technology or related fields. WORK HOURS: * 30 hours per week, Monday through Saturday. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Maintenance of laptops, desktops, and other IT equipment; * Formatting and installation of operating systems; * Configuration of software and drivers; * Technical support for companies and residential customers; * Assistance with technical assistance routines. ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (NOT MANDATORY): * Basic knowledge of PC and/or laptop maintenance; * Basic familiarity with major Windows tools; * Technical curiosity (interest in understanding the "why" behind things). BEHAVIORAL PROFILE: * Proactive; * Detail-oriented; * Responsible; * Willing to learn under technical guidance; * Good communication skills for clarifying doubts and following procedures.
