Description: Required Technical Knowledge: * Proficiency in MS Office suite tools, including MS Visio and MS Project; * Proficiency in Portuguese language and strong written communication skills; * Experience in developing technical, system, and user manuals; * Knowledge of BPM notation; * Basic knowledge of databases. Certificates of completion for the following courses, each with a minimum duration of 20 hours: * Requirements Analysis with UML; * Object-Oriented Analysis and Design. Certifications: Hold at least one of the following certifications: * CPRE-FL (Certified Professional Requirements Engineer – Foundation Level), valid and current, issued by the International Requirements Engineering Board (IREB) or by the Brazilian Institute for Software Testing Quality (IBQTS); * IBM Certified Specialist for Rational Requirements Management w/Use Cases, valid and current, issued by the IBM Professional Certification Program; * OMG UML Certification (OCUP). Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Data Processing, Information Systems, Informatics, Computer Engineering, or other Information Technology-related disciplines. Responsibilities: * Perform activities related to the definition, management, and engineering of system requirements, as defined in current system development processes (web, portals, and mobile applications); * Analyze business users’ and managers’ problems; identify business needs; define functional and non-functional system characteristics; and identify, organize, document, and manage requirement changes; * Update all existing documentation as needed, including business maps, process diagrams, and functional and non-functional requirement specifications for automating mapped processes. 2512060202191050038
