Workplace organization and supply restocking **About the Position** **Schedule:** 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, rotating shift (6 days on, 1 day off) **Location:** A Minas Gerais cuisine restaurant located in Montes Claros/MG. **Salary:** R$ 1.635,35 **Benefits:** R$163.00 cost-of-living allowance, R$130.00 birthday bonus for consumption, health insurance, R$90.00 cash float. **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws contract). **Responsibilities and Duties:** Open the cash register daily by verifying available cash at the start of the shift to ensure complete accuracy of all transactions; Assist in restocking materials and supplies required in the service area to ensure no items are missing from the candy counter, daily; Provide friendly and efficient customer service during bill settlement, ensuring no discrepancies occur during payment, daily; Enter all cash register transactions into the internal system, ensuring all information is accurate and truthful, daily; Input the daily menu into the system and distribute printed copies to areas such as the counter and kitchen for staff awareness, daily; Reconcile and close the cash register at the end of each shift, processing payments made in cash, credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods while ensuring transaction accuracy, daily; Monitor and control cash flow, promptly reporting any discrepancies to the manager, daily; Process supplier payments, collecting amounts from the office every Tuesday for payment execution; Clean and organize the cash register area—including glass surfaces, shelves, and countertops—to maintain a pleasant and clean work environment, daily; ; **Requirements and Qualifications:** **Hard Skills:** Prior experience as a cashier, server, or in an administrative role; Familiarity with systems and issuing fiscal invoices; Basic knowledge of cash handling and value reconciliation; Numerical aptitude and attention to detail; **Soft Skills:** Agility in customer service and proactivity in resolving daily situations; Professional demeanor and friendliness when interacting with the public; Excellent interpersonal skills; ;
