Develop and implement continuous improvements A machinery manufacturing company is seeking a Quality Engineer in Montes Claros. MTC Engineering is a company specialized in engineering and technology solutions, offering consulting and project execution services across various civil construction areas. **Responsibilities:** Manage and ensure maintenance of the Quality Management System. Plan and conduct internal audits and support external audits. Analyze non-conformances and lead corrective and preventive actions. Monitor quality indicators and process performance. Develop and implement continuous improvements. Standardize processes and ensure compliance with standards and requirements. Act as an interface between departments to guarantee product and process quality. Previous experience as a Quality Specialist, Quality Manager, Quality Analyst, or Quality Consultant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
