Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Technician to provide technical support and perform maintenance on equipment and systems, ensuring the proper functioning of the IT infrastructure. Key Highlights: 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on systems and equipment. 2. Provide technical support to users and configure hardware/software. 3. Support the management and organization of information technology services. ### **IT Technician \| Porto Alegre – RS** **Work Location:** Porto Alegre Unit – Av. Mauá, 1050, Centro Histórico, with operations across other areas under the responsibility of the Port Authority. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **Employment Type:** Permanent ### **About the Opportunity** We are seeking an **IT Technician** to provide technical support and perform maintenance on equipment and systems, ensuring the proper functioning of the IT infrastructure and meeting user requirements. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on operating systems and IT equipment. * Provide technical support to users. * Configure hardware and software. * Perform installation, replacement, and updating of equipment. * Identify and resolve operational failures related to hardware and software. * Support the management and organization of information technology services. * Follow best practices for IT service management. ### **Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Complementary courses in Information Technology, Electronics, or Telecommunications. * Valid driver's license (Class B). * Personal vehicle. * Availability for travel. ### **Benefits** * Salary: **R$ 2\.141,72** * Meal allowance: **R$ 35.00 per working day** * Bonus of **R$ 100.00 for achieving performance indicator targets** * Transportation allowance * Life insurance * SESC membership * Other benefits: * Mileage reimbursement for client-requested travel Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) Desired Qualifications:* Microcomputer Systems, Extracurricular / Vocational Training * Information Technology, Technical Course * Internet Informatics, Technical Course Driver's License: B Personal vehicle Availability for travel
