Junior Process Technician (Assembly)

Job Summary: Support the analysis, development, and improvement of assembly production processes, focusing on efficiency, quality, and standardization. Key Highlights: 1. Support analysis and improvement of assembly processes 2. Assist in the collection of operational time and method data 3. Support monitoring of quality and productivity indicators Job Objective: Support the analysis, development, and improvement of assembly department production processes, contributing to increased efficiency, quality, safety, and standardization, under the guidance of analysts and supervisors in the area. Key Responsibilities and Activities * Support analysis of assembly processes, identifying deviations and improvement opportunities. * Assist in collecting operational times, methods, and sequences. * Support preparation and updating of routing sheets, work instructions, and flowcharts. * Monitor try\-outs, process tests, and in-line validations. * Support monitoring of quality and productivity indicators. * Assist in initiating and tracking corrective and preventive actions. * Support basic capability studies and root cause analysis; Job Requirements Education: \- Pursuing Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering Desired Knowledge: \- Basic understanding of production and assembly processes. \- Quality tools (PDCA, DMAIC, MASP, 5S). \- Basic/intermediate proficiency in Excel and Word. \- \- Kaizen Green Belt certification \- SolidWorks knowledge \- PFMEA Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Desired Education:* Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering, Bachelor's Degree * Production/Industrial Engineering, Bachelor's Degree
