Collaborate as a team with a positive attitude and good communication Hostess/Host **A Host/Hostess is responsible for making guests feel at home by offering warm greetings, assisting them in settling in, and subsequently providing welcoming farewells. They must assist in every possible way to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.** **What will I be doing?** As a Hostess/Host, you will be responsible for greeting guests in a friendly, punctual, and efficient manner, ensuring an excellent experience for both guests and members. You must also possess comprehensive knowledge of menu offerings. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: * Address guest inquiries in a friendly, prompt, and efficient manner. * Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu and all products. * Follow correct reporting procedures when issues arise. * Adhere to Hilton’s presentation standards, including uniform, personal cleanliness, and hygiene. * Answer calls courteously and promptly, recording legible and accurate messages and delivering them without delay to the appropriate person. * Possess sound knowledge of restaurant table layout. * Comply with hotel safety regulations, fire prevention rules, and all health and safety legislation. **What are we looking for?** **A Host/Hostess** working under Hilton brands consistently acts on behalf of our guests and collaborates with other team members.
