Join the **Grupo Herval** team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the team, promoting employee development and technical qualification while maintaining an organizational climate aligned with the company’s strategies and values. * Be accountable for departmental results, ensuring service quality and achievement of established goals, providing support to area management. * Drive improvements and optimize fleet processes, monitoring cost and performance indicators. * Monitor delivery deadlines, analyze potential process failures, and provide customer support regarding delivery-related inquiries. * Control fleet maintenance, costs, fines, accidents, and irregularities; analyze demand according to sales volume; and support vehicle and accessory procurement.
