Focus on customer satisfaction and logistical organization. **What We Expect From You:** * Completed high school education. * Experience in receiving, inspection, picking, and handling of goods. * Experience with the SAP system will be considered a plus. * Prioritization skills are desirable. * Ability to learn, practice, and consistently adhere to company procedures, policies, and rules. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. * Customer satisfaction orientation. **A Day in the Life of a Logistics Operator:** * RECEIVING GOODS: + Performs quantitative and qualitative receipt of commercial and non-commercial goods (equipment, office supplies, etc.), verifying and identifying general condition, supplier, length, reference, shade, expiration date, etc. + Prepares physical space and necessary equipment for proper receipt, avoiding loss of productivity during inspection. + Records all relevant details about received goods (quantities, apparent condition, expiration dates, etc.) in the inspection report, ensuring quality and preventing losses. + Stores goods at the correct warehouse location by reading the receipt slip to expedite future order picking or delivery. + Labels products missing or defective barcodes and applies security labels to theft-sensitive items, ensuring goods delivered to retail are ready for sale. + Sorts goods according to flow typology—store goods versus warehouse goods. + Releases goods for storage in Store or Warehouse by contacting the Replenishment or Storage team to perform storage (Delivery Note). + Conducts anti-shrinkage actions through rigorous qualitative and quantitative checks on received goods, maintaining efficient vehicle flow in the Goods Receiving yard and proper handling of material handling equipment (pallet jacks, cages, etc.). + Keeps tools, work equipment, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) organized. + Safely stacks pallets to prevent damage to property and people. + Maintains a clean and organized receiving area to help combat shrinkage and prevent workplace accidents. + Receives validated shrinkage reports from Retail, performs qualitative and quantitative inspection, and places shrinkage items in the designated disposal area. + Receives supplier returns validated by Retail, performs qualitative and quantitative inspections, and schedules pickup. + Receives shipments for Technical Support, performs qualitative and quantitative inspections, and schedules pickup. * PICKUP AND HOME DELIVERY: + Separates RSS (Reserve Stock), identifies products, and informs Commercial Department of the separation. + Assigns physical locations to goods, reserving space and conducting rotating inventory based on the RSS product list. + Delivers goods to customers promptly and courteously, loading them into the customer’s vehicle. + Picks and inspects goods, verifying all items listed on the issued order, making them available for customer pickup at the Goods Pickup Area or for carrier dispatch (home delivery). * REPLENISHMENT: + Restocks products in the store appropriately. * INVENTORY MANAGEMENT: + Stores goods and ensures inventory quality and reliability. + Reviews daily orders generated by the Commercial Department, analyzes data consistency required in orders (addresses, phone numbers, delivery dates, references, availability, etc.), organizes order picking chronologically, and releases orders for billing. + Provides telephone customer service regarding delivery timelines. + Informs the Logistics Supervisor of any issues involving the picking team, operations, or products. + Assists the Logistics Supervisor in smooth warehouse slotting operations (setup, rotating inventories, etc.). + Processes canceled RSS orders daily. + Records shrinkage incidents identified during goods picking. + Maintains good relations and acts as the liaison with third-party carriers. + Collaborates with the Customer Service team to proactively address potential goods-related issues. + Reports goods-related incidents to the Logistics Supervisor and/or Logistics Manager. + Serves as the primary contact for the Goods Pickup Counter. + Is responsible for their work equipment. + Adheres to safety regulations.
