Monitor student attendance and performance **Grow with us!** **Position: Apprenticeship Instructor** **Location:** Centro Histórico / Porto Alegre **Responsibilities:** Conduct theoretical training for apprentice youth, facilitate formative meetings, stimulate the development of essential competencies and skills for entering and remaining in the workforce, monitor student progress. Monitor attendance and performance, design and implement reflective activities and dynamics, and maintain up-to-date pedagogical records. **Salary + Benefits:** R$ 3.300,00 + Transportation Allowance / Meal Voucher R$ 30.00 per day / On-site Cafeteria / Health Insurance / Dental Insurance / Fruit Day / Birthday Day Off. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, schedule to be agreed upon. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree completed or currently enrolled in final semesters in Administration, Human Resources, Pedagogy, or Teacher Training; experience in education and working with youth is desirable.
