**WHAT YOU'LL DO:**
Here's what you can expect on a typical day in the life of a Scrum Master at ADP:
* Change management. You'll start each day identifying contexts, at the strategic, tactical, and operational levels, performing analysis and planning, executing continuous improvement strategies with the teams, and monitoring their results.
* Coach/Mentoring. Coach all roles in the SDLC, aligning team focus on value delivery through effective Agile ceremonies.

* Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, SAFe, and Flight Levels.
* Experience with agile tools such as Jira, Nave, and DX.

* Experience delivering trainings and workshops.
* Knowledge of project management practices.
* Experience in agile transformation.
* Advanced English skills.
