Job Summary:
Support and implementation analyst responsible for in-person service, technical consulting, software configuration, training, and support for payroll systems, with a focus on public sector entities.

**As a support and implementation analyst, your responsibilities will include:**
* Providing in-person support at the client's headquarters for payroll system implementation, training, and technical support.
* Delivering technical consulting for systems and/or business rules;
* Configuring and parameterizing the software according to the specific requirements of each public entity, ensuring compliance with current legislation;
* Conducting in-person and remote training sessions for system users, enabling them to use available features appropriately and proposing process improvements;
* Providing technical support—clarifying doubts and resolving issues—both in-person and remotely;
* Documenting relevant information about performed support activities to contribute to continuous service improvement.
**Minimum Requirements to Participate in the Selection Process:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources—currently pursuing or completed;
* Availability for travel and valid driver’s license (Class B);
* Experience with payroll closing.
**Non-mandatory but advantageous qualifications:**
* Experience in technical support and/or implementation of HR/Personnel systems in public or private organizations;
* Knowledge of applicable public legislation and regulations in the HR/Personnel area.
