Join our network too! \#vemprarede Responsibilities and Duties: * Contact and negotiate with delinquent customers via phone calls; * Enter into the system the call status, summary of the conversation with the delinquent customer, and the agreed debt payment terms; * Confirm and update the delinquent customer’s registration data; * Perform customer service procedures according to quality guidelines; * Conduct searches on search engines. Requirements and Qualifications: * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in collections, telemarketing, or customer service is desirable; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (IT); * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:12 PM\.
