Join our network too! \#vemprarede Responsibilities and Duties: * Handle and negotiate with delinquent customers via phone calls; * Enter call status into the system, document the conversation with the delinquent customer, and define debt repayment terms; * Confirm and update the delinquent customer’s registration data; * Perform customer service procedures in accordance with quality guidelines; * Conduct online searches. Requirements and Qualifications: * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in collections, telemarketing, or telephone customer service is preferred; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (IT); * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:12 PM\.
