Join our network too! \#vemprarede Responsibilities and Duties: * Serve and negotiate with delinquent customers via phone calls; * Enter the call status, conversation summary with the delinquent customer, and debt payment agreement into the system; * Confirm and update the delinquent customer’s registration data; * Execute customer service procedures according to quality guidelines; * Conduct online searches. Requirements and Qualifications: * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in collections, telemarketing, or telephone customer service is desirable; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (IT).
