In this position, you will be a key contributor to the business’s financial health, collaborating closely with internal departments, suppliers, and partners; organizing payment workflows; supporting HR operational processes; and contributing to continuous improvement of financial controls. Your role will be fundamental in providing predictability, discipline, and transparency to financial routines, enabling the company to operate sustainably and efficiently on a day-to-day basis. **WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields; * Prior experience in finance (accounts payable, treasury, financial controls, or similar activities); * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; * Basic accounting knowledge (journal entries, reconciliations, and fundamental financial statement analysis). **Desirable Requirements:** * Experience with operational financial routines (accounts payable, reconciliations, document organization, HR); * Familiarity with ERP systems (journal entries, verification, and monitoring of financial information); * Basic understanding of expense classification and accounting entries; * Ability to organize and analyze financial data; * Experience in high-volume environments, with strong attention to deadlines and data accuracy. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES** **Treasury & Financial Routines** * Execute and monitor treasury routines, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit card invoices, reimbursements, and financial reconciliations; * Ensure correct recording, verification, and organization of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents; * Support cash flow control and monitoring, ensuring visibility into inflows, outflows, and financial commitments; * Ensure adherence to payment and collection deadlines, maintaining close relationships with suppliers and internal departments. **Financial Controls & ERP** * Perform journal entries, verification, and monitoring of financial information in the ERP system, ensuring data consistency, organization, and reliability; * Update and maintain managerial spreadsheets and financial controls, guaranteeing that information remains current and aligned with operational reality; * Contribute to standardization and improvement of financial controls and quality of information recorded in systems and spreadsheets. **HR Routines & Process Improvement** * Support HR department routines, including organizing information, assisting with hiring and termination processes, benefits administration, and interfacing with HR service providers; * Collaborate with internal departments and external partners (e.g., accounting, legal, HR) as needed to support requests related to financial and people operations; * Participate in implementation and continuous improvement of finance department processes, focusing on organization, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation; **OUR BENEFITS** **HEALTH** * **Conexa Saúde:** We value mental health care—thus, we cover up to 4 therapy sessions per month. * **Health Insurance:** We value our employees’ health!
