Work on strategic Cloud Native .NET data services **[Tech] Software Development Coordination (Net | Cloud Native | SaaS)** ==================================================================================== TOTVS | Porto Alegre - RS | Hybrid Job Description You will serve as the coordinator of the team responsible for a framework used across multiple TOTVS products. The service relates to data and is strategic to the company, in addition to being Cloud Native and developed in .NET. You will oversee project execution and reporting against goals, as well as monitor and control cloud costs for services under your responsibility. This professional will play a strategic role in technical coordination, people management, project governance, and cloud financial control, acting as the liaison between engineering, product, and leadership. Responsibilities and Duties **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** * Coordinate and lead software development teams (engineers and technical specialists). * Plan, track, and report on projects, goals, and performance metrics. * Ensure continuous improvement and quality of services under your responsibility. * Monitor and control cloud costs (FinOps), ensuring operational efficiency and financial predictability. * Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize technical work and manage backlogs. * Lead people management activities, including performance tracking, continuous feedback, and defining IDPs (Individual Development Plans). * Promote best practices in engineering, architecture, security, observability, and reliability. * Support technical decisions with business insight, scalability, and sustainability perspectives. Requirements and Qualifications **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Reside in Porto Alegre or nearby areas; * Degree in: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, and/or Systems Analysis and Development; * Solid experience in software development using .NET. * Experience with Cloud Native architectures and SaaS environments. * Prior experience leading or coordinating technical teams. * Experience controlling and optimizing cloud costs. * Strong communication skills, systemic vision, and results orientation. * Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban). * Experience at technology companies delivering scalable products. Desirable Requirements **IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAD:** * Knowledge of FinOps, DevOps, and SRE practices would be a plus.
